The 12th China Ichthyosis Symposium Concludes Successfully

The 12th China Ichthyosis Symposium, hosted by Zhangjian Therapy, recently opened grandly in Beijing. The conference focused on the themes of skin functional abnormalities associated with ichthyosis and clinical care. Attendees included leaders from supervisory bodies and associations, domestic dermatology experts, and physicians and head nurses from the 13 Zhangjian Therapy clinics nationwide. Participants gathered to discuss clinical application techniques and post-treatment holistic care for ichthyosis patients.

At the opening, Director Zhang Jian delivered a video address reviewing the field's achievements, outlining future directions for diagnosis, research, and charitable support, and rallying the industry to forge ahead.

Addressing the conference theme, Dr. Bian Wenqian provided an in-depth explanation of the skin functional abnormalities caused by ichthyosis and shared professional diagnostic and treatment strategies based on extensive clinical experience. Her presentation, which was both professional and practical, offered valuable treatment protocols for the experts and medical staff in attendance.

During the case study session, the speaker presented "before-and-after" comparisons of 20 patients with severe, moderate, and mild ichthyosis. By highlighting changes across physical, physiological, and psychological dimensions, the presentation demonstrated the suffering ichthyosis inflicts on families and underscored the critical importance of effective treatment.

The Overseas Department of Zhangjian Therapy also delivered a keynote presentation. Through an overview of their cross-border services and patient case studies, they showcased the unique diagnostic and treatment system of the Beijing International Clinic. Two patients with severe ichthyosis were also invited to the conference. Following the symposium, a heartwarming "fan meetup" was held. More than twenty Zhang Jian Therapy supporters from across the country interacted closely with medical staff, receiving one-on-one guidance regarding their medical concerns and daily life challenges. The seminar concluded in an atmosphere that was both professional and relaxed.
